Continue Reading 21st of December 2011On behalf of the Society for Radiological Protection (SRP) I am delighted to invite you to come to Scotland for the 13th International Congress of the International Radiation Protection Association (IRPA).
This International Congress is IRPA’s flagship event. We anticipate that IRPA13 Glasgow will be the world’s largest ever gathering of radiation protection experience and expertise. Everyone has something both to learn and contribute, to make this Congress the most wonderful opportunity for professional development and advancement of the science and practice of radiation protection.
There will be a full scientific programme, together with an exciting range of technical visits and an extensive exhibition of products, services and suppliers. We will give a special welcome for delegates at the earliest stage of their career in radiation protection and there will also be a bursary support programme for delegates from lesser developed countries.
All in all this is clearly a “Must Go To” event for all of us engaged in radiation protection. I know that you will enjoy being in Glasgow for the Congress, and I look forward personally to welcome you to this stimulating event in a great city.
