Individual Bookings
Individual participants can book their hotel room via internet. A global deposit of GBP 150 is required to guarantee the room reservation. Each participant will receive a confirmation/invoice and can settle the deposit by credit card or bank transfer. Hotel reservations without payment 10 days after confirmation sent by Congrex Travel cannot be held and will therefore be released. Final payment for the duration of the stay has to be made before 2 April 2012 to Congrex Travel. Please don’t send any payments to the hotel.
Booking Policy
All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served basis”. Hotel availability will be guaranteed till 2 April 2012. On or after this deadline, requests will be accepted, but hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed anymore. On or after 2 April 2012 bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card. An administration fee of GBP 30 will be charged.
Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any change of reservations sent to Congrex Travel via e-mail, will be subject to a handling fee of GBP 30. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
If your reservation is cancelled before 2 April 2012, the deposit will be refunded, less a GBP 60 administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled on or after this date no refunds can be made.
Group Bookings
