Delegates registering on or after 8 May 2012 will be charged the onsite rates.
Delegate Registration and Senior Registration fee includes:
- attendance at all Congress sessions
- all Congress documentation including digital access
- Congress bag
- welcome reception and opening ceremony
- “wee dram” after the closing ceremony
- teas/coffees
- Delegate travel pass
- VAT@ prevailing rate
Day Delegate Registration fee includes:
- attendance at all Congress sessions
- all Congress documentation including digital access
- Congress bag
- teas/coffees on day of attendance
- VAT@ prevailing rate
The accompanying persons’ registration fee includes:
- welcome reception, opening ceremony and wee dram
- teas/coffees in the morning throughout the congress week
- “hop on hop off” city bus ticket
- ½ day sightseeing tour
- Delegate travel pass
- Accompanying persons bag
- VAT @ prevailing rate
Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until 16 January 2012 with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 25%. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 17 January 2012. Substitutions of attendees on a full time or part time basis can be made at any time.
Confirmation & Joining Instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, Joining Instructions will be sent out in May 2012, by email, to assist you with your visit to Glasgow. Please ensure you submit your email address when registering.
Payment
Payment should be made at the time of registration by one of the following methods:
- MasterCard/Visa. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.
- Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to “Congrex/IRPA13″
Data Protection
Your name and address will be contained in the full list of participants, available to all delegates and exhibitors. If you do not wish to have your name included, please opt out on the registration form. We will not share your personal information with any supporters or outside groups. Any pre-conference promotional material you receive will come from us directly, including material from supporting companies.
